The success of a fundraising campaign depends on but not limited to:

  a. Startup founder's past business or employment experience
  b. Pre-funding revenues of the startup
  c. Geographic location of the startup
  d. Ability of startup founder to lead
  e. Stage of the startup (idea, prototype, pilot clients, post revenue etc)
  f.The duration of the fundraising campaign may extend from 3 to 18 months depending on the plan, due diligence and the luck
